AI enablement is not a single training but a holistic change process. It starts with clear objectives and defined use cases and only ends when teams independently develop, operate and improve solutions. Our process connects executive alignment, targeted department trainings, practical builder tracks, governance modules and lasting community structures so adoption becomes measurable and repeatable.

Phase 1

Kick-off & Executive Alignment: We start with workshops for C‑level executives and directors to clarify ambition, KPIs and risk tolerance. Here we define success measurement — e.g. time saved per process, reduction of manual steps or improved lead conversion. This alignment ensures that enablement is not detached from business goals.

Use-case scoping: In parallel we identify 2–4 priority use cases per department. We assess impact, feasibility and data availability and create a roadmap for training, prototyping and rollout. The selection is pragmatic: quick wins first, strategic scaling afterwards.

Stakeholder mapping & learning-needs analysis: We analyze roles, required competencies and existing learning resources. From this we create a tailored enablement plan: who needs executive coaching, who a builder track, who simple playbooks and who intensive on‑the‑job support.

Phase 2

Department bootcamps & playbooks: In role-specific bootcamps (HR, Finance, Ops, Sales) we teach concrete workflows, example prompts and standard playbooks. Each bootcamp ends with tangible artifacts: customized prompts, SOPs and checklists that can be adopted into daily work immediately.

AI Builder Track: For users who are expected to build their own tools, the Builder Track offers a graduated learning path. For deeper engineering tasks we work with your developers in the Co‑Preneur model. Our engineers handle more complex integrations while we coach internal developers until they can continue independently.
