Challenge

Internetstores GmbH wanted to explore a new business model: e-bikes on a subscription basis. For market entry, they were looking for a partner who would coordinate all workstreams while also entrepreneurially validating the business case.

STIHL wanted to tap into the topic of "education tech" as a complement to its core business. A corporate startup under external leadership was to serve as the vehicle for this exploration. In the detailed success story, we present how, as co-entrepreneurs, we led the project over two years from the initial customer research through to product–market fit.

For a major reinsurance service provider, we developed a system that uses AI to process tens of thousands of invoices per month that are submitted from all over the world: handwritten, Arabic, Chinese, scanned, photographed – and 50–100 times faster than a human employee.

Thousands of documents and plans related to construction projects at Munich Airport, dating from 1985 to today, traditionally have to be searched manually whenever a renovation or a fire-safety compliance review is required. We developed an AI-based approach that makes these documents machine-readable and searchable via an intelligent chatbot.

Challenge

For Flamro, we developed a chatbot that explains highly complex installation instructions for safety-critical products in a simple and understandable way, making them easily accessible. In this way, we help to increase safety in fire protection.
