There's been a lot of talk recently about the Google Maps super app.
And here's what happens if you prioritze your product development to serve your KPIs first and the user second :)
On the left is Apple Maps showing the user the gate numbers to help them navigate the airport, on the right it's Google Maps showing the user all the restaurants in the airport.
