⚡ The one book that every corporate entrepreneur needs to know by heart: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁.
This book kickstarted my own corporate innovation career and ultimately fueled the founding of Reruption together with Christian.
𝗪𝗵𝘆? 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰.
When I pitched at STIHL to take over an innovation project as the external venture lead, my friend Christoph from Laserhub recommended this book to me on the evening before the pitch event.

Suddenly it all made sense to me: why you have to be customer centric, how to ask your customer for feedback without fooling yourself, how to ask critical questions.
The book gave a theoretical framework to all the practical knowledge I had gathered before.
𝗔𝘀 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿: 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗻-𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁.
Read "The Mom Test"! And then re-read it yearly. It becomes better the more practical experience you have.
