⚡ The “Index-Mindset” - what is it, and why might it stifle growth?
Globally, there’s a tendency to invest in index funds, some more famously known as ETFs. Investing in ETFs is seen as a mitigation of risk, because you’re buying into a whole market instead of only one single stock.
This kind of “risk mitigation mindset” also spreads out into other areas of Western societies and culture.
But: not taking big risks anymore stifles growth: not only in your stock portfolio, but also in your personal or professional life or your organisation.
